Yr 6 Leadership Gathering

Next Friday (19/02) at 9am our student leaders will be presented with their badges. The parents and carers of our Year 6 students are warmly invited to attend. This liturgy will be held in our hall.

Supervision

Students are supervised each day from 8.20am until 3.30pm. I would like to remind parents of the importance of ensuring that children are not dropped at school prior to 8.20am. Before and After School Care is available at our school.

Parent Information Night

Thank you for attending the information session last night. It was a good opportunity to get to know your child’s teachers and the procedures for the year. Teachers are always happy to meet with parents. If at any time throughout the year you would like to discuss anything, please feel free to email your child’s teacher. They will find a mutually convenient time for you both to meet.

Teachers have begun sending weekly updates via email. If you haven’t received anything to date, it might mean we don’t have your correct email address.

Swimming Carnival

Next Monday we have our annual Swimming Carnival. We are all looking forward to the day! Students can wear their House colours. If your child is unsure of which House they belong to, please contact your child’s teacher.

The swimming Program of Events is as follows. This is a guide only. We cannot guarantee an exact time for your child's event. Please allow yourself adequate time to come and enjoy the day if you wish to watch your child participate.

Our welcome community picnic will be on Thursday February 25th (Week 4) from 6pm. More details to come.
