Hello! My name is Biljana Peresin, and I am excited to be joining the St Thomas More’s community as the Defence School Mentor.

I have spent 26 years of my career as a Defence Civilian, mostly in Navy and then Tri-Service Operational roles, I am also married to a former member of the Royal Australian Navy. I have two grown sons, who both attended St Thomas More’s and two furbabies. I understand firsthand the challenges we can face being part of such a unique community.

I will run a Defence Club from 1300-1330 every Monday to connect with your children. It is voluntary and I encourage them to attend. You can contact me at DSM.campbell@cg.catholic.edu.au at any time with questions or things I should know about.

At St Thomas More's Primary approximately 40% of our children come from defence families so be assured that all staff are familiar with the challenges that defence families may face. We all work to create a secure environment where all children can think more to grow in wisdom, encourage more to grow in courage, and respect more to grow in peace.
